- Luxury Pret: 6 to 8 weeks.
- Luxury Formals: 6 to 8 weeks.
- Formals: 8 to 10 weeks.
- Bridals: 2 to 3 months.
Shipment charges will be added at the time of checkout as per location and weight of the outfit.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED TO ME?
Your order will be delivered through reputed courier companies at your doorstep.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF ORDER IS PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation call, an email and a text message from www.waqasshahofficial.com The email will have all the details related to your order. Order details can also be viewed at My Account -> My Orders if you have placed the order on your own online.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Your order status is updated to you via emails and text message at every step. Once your order is placed you would receive an email with your order details. Again, after your order is dispatched we will send you a sms with your tracking details. Please check your spam and old sms for the status of your order, if you don't see any updates. In case of any unforeseen events which delay your order you would receive a special update from our end.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you wish to cancel your order, get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it unless customized. For certain product categories such as Formal and Bridal once you place an order, it cannot be cancelled. This is also indicated on the individual product pages.
I GOT A CONFIRMATION CALL FOR MY ORDER. WHY IS THAT?
You receive a confirmation call for your order to verify if there isn't any change with your order.
CAN I PLACE A BULK ORDER FOR AN ITEM(S)?

We offer exchanges only if the product delivered is faulty or not according to the details provided.
No exchanges on sale items unless we deliver the incorrect order.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Your order can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. There will be cancellation charges i.e. 6% of the paid amount; the rest of the amount will be credited to the original method of payment. Please allow time for the credit to appear in your account.
However, after this time period no refunds are offered.
