Yes. Every outfit is made to order, and you can choose a standard size from XS to XL or select "Customize" to have it made to your exact measurements. On selected designs we can also discuss colour, embroidery and fabric adjustments while keeping the original design identity.
Because each piece is handcrafted after your order is confirmed, the production time is shown on every product page under Delivery Time. Pieces from our Ready to Ship collection are dispatched sooner. If you have a wedding or event date, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm the timeline.
Yes. We deliver Pakistani bridal, formal and luxury pret outfits worldwide, including the USA, UK, Canada, UAE, Australia and Europe, with tracking on every order. Delivery time depends on your destination and courier service.
Depending on the design, we work with premium net, organza, raw silk, velvet, chiffon and other couture-quality fabrics. Embellishment includes hand embroidery such as dabka, naqshi, zardozi, resham, sequins, pearls and crystals, and every piece is quality-checked before it leaves our atelier.
As all outfits are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery and we will offer an exchange or store credit.
