Of all the countries we ship to, Australia has the most straightforward import rules — and for most of our pieces, that works in your favour.
Delivery to Australia
Shipping is free on every order, with no delivery charge at checkout.
Your piece is made first. Making time depends on what you order — Luxury Pret takes about 4 weeks, Luxury Formals 5 to 6 weeks, and full Bridals 2 to 3 months. Ready to Ship pieces leave within 24 to 48 hours.
Once dispatched, DHL delivery to Australia takes a further 7 to 14 days. Every parcel is trackable and you receive the tracking number the moment it leaves Lahore.
Making time and delivery time are separate. For a bridal order, plan on 3 to 4 months from placing the order to having the dress in your hands.
Duty and GST on Australian orders
Australia applies a single threshold of AUD 1,000 to both customs duty and GST at the border — one of the most generous in the world, and far higher than Canada's AUD-equivalent CAD 20 or the United States, which removed its threshold entirely in 2025.
Below AUD 1,000. Most of our formal and festive pieces fall under this figure. Parcels below the threshold generally clear the border without customs duty or GST being charged on arrival.
Above AUD 1,000. Heavier bridal pieces can exceed it. Above the threshold a formal import declaration is required, and three charges apply: customs duty, which for clothing and textiles is typically 5%; GST at 10%, calculated on the value of the taxable importation — the goods plus freight, insurance and any duty already added; and the Import Processing Charge levied by the Australian Border Force.
How it works in practice: where charges are payable, DHL clears your parcel and contacts you directly before delivery to collect what is owed. You pay DHL, not us, and the parcel is released once that is settled.
Because the threshold is tested on the value of the whole consignment, ordering two pieces together can push a shipment over AUD 1,000 when each piece alone would have sat under it. If that matters to you, message us before ordering and we can talk through how best to send them.
We cannot tell you an exact figure in advance, since it depends on the commodity code for your piece, its declared value, and the exchange rate on the day. What we can do is declare your order accurately and provide the documentation DHL needs.
Australian sizing
Australian womenswear sizing follows the UK system. Our sizes convert as:
XXS — AU 2
XS — AU 4–6
S — AU 8–10
M — AU 12–14
L — AU 16–18
XL — AU 20–22
Every product page carries a full size chart with the garment's flat measurements in inches and centimetres, plus the model's own measurements and the size she is wearing, so you can judge the fit against something real rather than a label.
Made-to-measure from Australia
Because you cannot try before you buy, made-to-measure matters more when ordering from abroad. Most designs can be made to your own measurements at no extra cost — including sleeve length, neckline depth and waist fit.

One practical note: Australia is four to seven hours ahead of Lahore depending on your state and the time of year, so if you message in the evening you will usually have a reply waiting the next morning.
