How do I place an order?

Can I still order a past season item?

Yes you can, for further details please contact our Client Care Team+92-310-000-1250 who will be able to advise further.

I saw an item on your Instagram but can't find it on the Waqas Shah website?

This could be a bespoke item, if you'd like to order something similar please contact a Client Advisor team +92-310-000-1250 more information.

Can I make changes to my order if I change my mind?

We provide 72 hours from the minute you place your order to make any modifications, once this time has passed you will be not be able to make any further changes. Please speak to your Client Advisor for more information.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will depend on the size and weight of your item and will be communicated with you when you place your order. 

How long will it take to get my order?
  • Ready to Ship: 24 - 48 Hours (Or Otherwise Mentioned)
  • Luxury Pret: 4 weeks.
  • Luxury Formals: 5 to 6 weeks.
  • Formals: 4 to 8 weeks.
  • Bridals: 2 to 3 months.

 

What shipping carriers do you use?

Products are delivered via DHL & Sky Net internationally and via TCS within Pakistan. When your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with the details that will allow you to track your order online.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a unique tracking number by email. Once in receipt of this reference number you can check the current status of your shipment on the DHL or TCS website.

Can I collect my order instead?

If you would like to collect your order from our Lahore Studio, please notify the Client Advisor handling your order and arrange a suitable time and date.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

We have a no returns/refund policy as we operate a made-to-order, sale, or customized items.

Can I cancel my order or an item from my order?

We are unfortunately unable to cancel an order once processed. If you wish to modify your order, please get in touch with our Client Care Team within 72 hours of placing your order.
