Usually, yes. Because every piece is made after you order it rather than pulled from stock, an older design can often be remade — though the exact fabric or a particular embellishment is not always still available, and we will tell you honestly if the result would differ from the photographs.
Send us the piece you have in mind on WhatsApp and we will confirm what is possible.
That will be an earlier release, a bridal commission made for one client, or a piece from a shoot that was never listed. Send us the post on WhatsApp — we can usually tell you whether it can be made again, or point you to the closest design currently on the site.
Yes. Our studio is at 39-A MM Alam Road, Block B1, Gulberg III, Lahore, open Monday to Saturday from 11am to 9pm and Sunday from 3pm to 9pm.
You are welcome to come and see the fabrics and handwork in person before committing to a bridal order — photographs carry only so much. Bridal appointments are worth booking ahead, particularly in wedding season. Call or WhatsApp +92 310 0001250.
You cannot try before you buy, so this is the part worth reading properly.
Standard sizes run XXS to XL. Every product page carries a full size chart with the garment's own flat measurements in inches and centimetres — not a generic chart, the actual piece.
Each page also lists the model's own measurements and the size she is wearing in the photographs, so you can judge the fit against something real rather than a label.

Yes, and on most designs there is no extra cost for it — including sleeve length, neckline depth and waist fit.
Our team walks you through taking your measurements over WhatsApp before your order goes into production, and confirms them back to you in writing. Please do not add your own seam allowance or ease unless we ask you to; we allow for that ourselves, and margin added twice is the most common cause of a loose fit. Tell us straight away and send photographs. If the piece does not match the measurements we confirmed with you, that is ours to put right.
If the measurements we were given were not accurate, or your own measurements have changed since the order, an alteration is usually the quickest fix — most pieces have enough seam allowance for a local tailor to take in. Any alteration, material or return shipping cost in that case would be yours.
Either way, get in touch within 5 days of the parcel arriving.
Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. Your piece is cut after you order it, which is what these timelines describe.

Delivery is on top of that. Add 2 to 5 days within Pakistan, or 4 to 11 days internationally, once the piece is finished and dispatched. Bridals are the exception: their 10 to 12 weeks already includes delivery, from placing the order to having the dress in your hands.
Tell us your date before you order, not after. We will say honestly whether it is possible.
Often it is. Where a piece is already made we can dispatch the next day, and fast-track production is sometimes available depending on what else is in the atelier. What we will not do is take the order, stay quiet, and leave you without a dress the week of your wedding.
We ship worldwide, and shipping is free on every order — inside Pakistan and internationally alike. There is no delivery charge at checkout and no minimum order value.
Import duty and local taxes are a separate matter and are payable by you on arrival. See the customs section below.
International orders go with DHL or SkyNet. Orders inside Pakistan go with TCS.
Every parcel is fully trackable. Your tracking number is sent to you the moment the order leaves Lahore, and you can follow it on the courier's own website from there.
Yes. Let us know when you order and we will hold the piece at the Lahore studio for you. Message us to arrange a time — +92 310 0001250.
Yes. An order is dispatched once everything in it is ready, so a Ready to Ship piece added to a made-to-order piece waits for the slower one.
If you would rather have the Ready to Ship piece sent separately and earlier, tell us — a separate dispatch charge applies. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.
The part most sites leave vague. We would rather be direct about it.
Outside Pakistan, usually yes. Orders are shipped DDU — delivered duty unpaid — so import duty, tax and any courier clearance fee are payable by you, not by us. The courier clears the parcel and contacts you directly before delivery to collect what is owed.
The amount depends on your country, the declared value, the fabric composition of the piece and the tariff rules in force when your parcel arrives. We cannot quote you a figure in advance, and any brand that quotes a fixed percentage is guessing. What we can do is declare your order accurately and provide the documentation the courier needs.

Prices are shown in your own currency as you browse, so you can see what a piece costs before you commit. At checkout your card is charged in Pakistani Rupees, and your own bank converts at its rate on the day.
We would rather tell you this upfront than let it surprise you at the payment screen. In practice the amount lands very close to the figure you saw. Some cards add a foreign transaction fee, usually around 1 to 3% — worth checking your card's terms, as many charge nothing at all.
This is not a choice we made: Shopify Payments is not available in Pakistan, so our gateway settles in rupees. If you want the exact amount confirmed in your own currency before you order, message us and we will work it out with you.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB and UnionPay cards at checkout, as well as Google Pay.
We also accept international bank transfer, which some clients prefer for larger bridal orders. Message us on WhatsApp for the details.
Card details are handled by our payment provider at checkout and are never seen or stored by us.
Your measurements, address and order details stay between you and the studio. We do not sell, rent or share personal information. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
Made-to-order work has tighter windows than high-street shopping. These are the actual limits.
Within 72 hours of placing the order, yes — size, measurements, colour or other details, subject to what is still possible in production.
After 72 hours fabric may already be cut and embroidery begun. Any approved change that adds production, material or shipping cost is charged separately, and a change does not reset the original delivery timeline.
Within 24 hours of purchase, yes. A 6% cancellation fee is deducted and the balance refunded to your original payment method.
After 24 hours an order cannot be cancelled, because by then fabric has usually been procured and work begun on your piece.
No. Every piece is cut and made for you after you order it, so it cannot be returned to stock and we do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference or styling.
That is why we would rather answer your questions before you order than after — and why each product page carries the garment's own measurements, fabric and a breakdown of exactly which panels are machine-embroidered and which are hand-embellished.

Then we put it right. Depending on the circumstances that may be a repair, an exchange, store credit, or a partial or full remake.
Tell us within 5 days of the parcel arriving, and send your order number, clear photographs of the issue and of the packaging. The piece needs to be unused, unworn, unwashed and unaltered. We may ask for a short video call so we can see it properly before agreeing a remedy.
What you are actually buying, and what each piece is.
Most pieces are both, and we say which is which on every product page rather than calling everything handmade.
Embroidery that lays a pattern across a lehenga or a large panel — tilla, sequins, thread, mirror work — is machine work. Hand embellishment is where the eye actually lands: the neckline, the cuffs, the waist belt, the borders. That is where zardozi, dabka, naqshi, pearls and crystals are stitched on piece by piece.
Each product page tells you exactly what is worked all over, which panel is hand-embellished and in what fabric. You are not buying a description; you are buying a specification.
It varies by design, so every product page carries an Includes line listing exactly what comes with that piece — lehenga, choli, dupatta, inner, and anything else.
Read it before you order. A piece photographed with a dupatta does not always include one, and we would rather you knew that from the page than from the parcel.
Sarees, yes — we keep a small saree selection rather than a full range. Alongside them we make lehenga choli, gharara and sharara, pishwas, long shirts, gowns and luxury formals.
Anarkalis, yes as well. An anarkali is the same long, flared frock we call a pishwas, so every piece in our Pishwas collection is an anarkali by its other name.
Yes, and a good number of our clients in the USA, UK and Canada do exactly that. Lehenga choli, gharara and sharara are worn at both, so the same piece works for a mehendi as it does for a mehndi — the spelling follows where the family is from rather than any difference in the event.
The colour brief overlaps almost entirely: yellows, greens, corals and bright multicolour work for either. What differs is emphasis — Indian mehendi dressing leans more towards lehengas and sarees, Pakistani towards gharara and sharara. Browse mehndi and mehendi outfits.
Dry clean only, and tell the cleaner it is hand-embellished so the beadwork and dabka are protected.
Store it flat or on a padded hanger rather than a wire one — heavy embellishment pulls at the shoulders over time — and keep it in a cotton cover rather than plastic, which traps moisture. Individual care notes appear on the product page where a piece needs anything more specific.
