This notice adds to our Privacy Policy. It explains the extra details we handle when we make an outfit to your measurements, when you talk to us on WhatsApp, and which tools run on our website.
Your measurements and wedding date
For made-to-measure orders we ask for your body measurements and fitting notes, and, if you choose to tell us, the date of your wedding or event. We use them only to cut and stitch your outfit to size, to plan our making time so your order is ready before your event, and to handle any alterations.
How long we keep them: we keep your measurements only for as long as they are needed for your order, any alterations and any future orders you place with us.
You can ask us to delete your measurements at any time by emailing waqasshahofficial@gmail.com or messaging us on WhatsApp.
WhatsApp conversations
Many customers talk to us on WhatsApp about sizing, fabric, handwork and order updates. Messages sent over WhatsApp are also handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy. Please do not send card numbers or passwords over chat.
Tools on our website
- Google & YouTube (Google Analytics and Google Merchant Center): helps us understand how visitors use the site and show our products on Google.
- Meta Pixel (Facebook & Instagram): measures visits from our Facebook and Instagram ads and posts.
- Judge.me: collects and displays customer reviews.
- BUCKS: shows prices in your local currency.
