Pieces from our Ready to Ship collection are dispatched sooner. If you have a wedding or event date, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm the timeline.
Yes, and shipping is free on every order — worldwide and inside Pakistan alike. There is no delivery charge at checkout and no minimum order value. Parcels leave our Lahore studio with DHL and SkyNet, fully trackable, and take 7 to 14 days once your piece is made.
Import duty and local taxes are payable by you on arrival and differ by country. We keep a separate guide for the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany and the UAE.
Depending on the design, we work with premium net, organza, raw silk, velvet, chiffon and other couture-quality fabrics. Embellishment includes hand embroidery such as dabka, naqshi, zardozi, resham, sequins, pearls and crystals, and every piece is quality-checked before it leaves our atelier.
As all outfits are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please report it within 5 days of delivery and we will offer an exchange or store credit.
